    Localizing DMS controls
    #1 by mmelcher on Jan 5, 2011 2:51:55 PM

    Hi,
I'm trying to localize the DMS controls but so far I was unable to find the properties file where the Strings are defined.

Specifically, I'm looking for "width", "height" and "Remove file". A full text search within eclipse failed but I suppose, the Maven dependencies are not searched.

    Greetings

Found it. Was looking in all the wrong places first.
Those are dam handlers, which are configured in the stk site configuration.

Still not quite happy. Those three strings I mentioned earlier are still missing. I cannot see where the are coming from.

If we are talking about the same dialog, then the "Remove File" is coming from dialog.file.remove key that is in m-m-admininterface message.properties file.
The "width" and "height" keys are unfortunately hardcoded in the i.m.cms.gui.DialogFile.drawHtml(Writer). Could you please create a jira issue for this?
    Thx,
    Jan

I went ahead and reported the issue: http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLDMS-205
