I'd like to discuss community building efforts and infrastructure somewhere.

Makes sense. Or we could "merge" this with "Meta", Meta being a narrower version (i.e only focussed on the forum) of the subject. WDYT ?

You mean we extend the meaning of meta to include all community-infrastructure related topics? Fine with me.

'Infrastructure' is misleading. I would reserve the word 'Infrastructure' for a future forum/list for Magnolia CMS 'Architecture, Infrastructure & Capacity Planing'. my 2 cents.
